This new project is a combination between photography, Vue Infinite and
Adobe Photoshop.

I took this photograph a few year ago on the cruise ferry [then called the MS Christian IV now called MS Wind Perfection] when we arrived at Kristiansand Norway.

It’s a simple project. I created a plane with an ecosystem in Vue Infinite. Then I exported the render in to Photoshop and began to edit. I created 4 different blur layers to create the POV [Point of view] effect. I adjusted the sky and water layer a little bit. Also I drew a water reflection layer so the city would reflect the forest and buildings more than the original photography did. The ecosystem and the real photograph mix took me about 15 minutes. It looks like a miniature city don’t you think?

During our honeymoon in France I took some HDR images. Again, just trying some settings. Sometimes I had some luck and the pictures turn out to be great, other images where not that great after all..
Below you can view the result of this project.

Sinteranlage Germany 2011

Today we went on an urbex trip to Duisburg.
An abandoned factory in Germany! Wow, where is my camera?
With my old Fujifilm S602z I tried to take some high dynamic range images, or so called HDR.
I took a lot of pictures, but the most pictures where not suitable for HDR.
Here you can view the HDR images that I think where good enough to post.

Just another try to make some HDR photographs. It’s close to dawn so the lightning will be optimal!
I just took some random pictures of an automobil and a few tractors.
